Trade Marketing Manager EMEA

Outstanding new opportunity for an experienced, commercially-focused marketer to join the UK-based team of this global toy and entertainment business. With the company at a pivotal point in its growth and strong commitment and resources behind this hire, you’ll have a fantastic opportunity to make your mark.

The role involves developing, presentingand implementing creative and commercial plans, fostering strong relationships with customers in EMEA markets. Working closely with senior leadership in the UK and EMEA, you'll spearhead plans to amplify brand visibility across distribution channels.

We’re looking for an energetic individual with experience in trade or retail marketing, a passion for customer understanding, and the ability to create engaging point-of-sale experiences. You’ll be able to demonstrate your ability to evaluate, develop, and deliver promotional strategies, so a deep understanding of European markets is essential.

Specific responsibilities

·        Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to boost growth and profitability

·        Craft tailored seasonal activation plans for retail partners and end-consumers acrossall key channels

·        Managing budgets and timelines for seamless campaign execution

·        Analyse and interpret market data to create compelling stories

·        Monitorand evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives

About you

·        3-5 yearsof experience in a trade, customer, or shopper marketing position, ideally inthe toy or child-related industry.

·        Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

·        Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.

·        Demonstrable experience in activation across retail and online platforms.

·        Strong presentation, project and budget management skills.
